The Village at the Streets of West Chester
The Village at the Streets of West Chester is a 32 acre, mixed use, New Urbanist neighborhood in one of Greater Cincinnati's upscale suburbs. The Village contains natural open spaces and a creek, a new street and alley network, amenity shops, and 332 dwelling units surrounding a centerpiece Village Green. The Village is adjacent to the life style center "The Streets of West Chester".
Of the 332 dwellings, 257 are condominiums in 3, 4 and 5 story buildings with below grade parking levels. The remaining 75 units will be attached rowhouses. The buildings, all new construction, will form urban street corridors of a pedestrian scale creating a walkable, urban neighborhood.
glaserworks worked with the developer (www.thevillagestreets.com) to create the master plan for the Traditional Neighborhood Design and collaborated with landscape architects and civil engineers from McGill, Smith & Punshon to negotiate the Planned Unit Development and subdivision approvals. glaserworks is also the architect for the condominium buildings.
The project is currently under construction.
