A family owns 300 acres of rolling wooded land in a suburban, Ohio township called Liberty Township. The township is currently being developed in a conventional manner: residential-only, cul-de-sac subdivisions, shopping centers near highways, and expanded roadways to facilitate a sprawling, growing need to drive everywhere for everything.
