This view is taken from about thirty feet above Erie Avenue. The building and the parking lot will be screened by a berm and by vegetation. The trees shown are models of the existing desirable trees. The large tree at left is an oak with a dripline of about 100 feet; the tree at right is a beech with a dripline of about 96 feet.
