This three-building office complex encompassing 450,000 sq. ft. sits directly across the street from City Hall. The central plaza features a sculpture garden displaying commissioned works of art such as Cincinnati Venus, a figurative sculpture by Jim Dine. The buildings and plaza are constructed over a parking structure. Tipton Associates was the private developer and the design/builder: the total construction cost was $31,500, 000.
